📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

• U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time

If your address falls into one of these categories, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
All orders are subject to state sales tax based on your shipping destination.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

🔄 Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
